License Agreement

This License Agreement explains how you may use templates, source code, digital files, starter kits, and related materials purchased or downloaded from NexCraft Studio.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any NexCraft Studio template or digital product, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a NexCraft Studio template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the template for personal or commercial projects, subject to the terms stated in this agreement.

This license allows you to use the template to build websites, applications, landing pages, dashboards, or digital products for yourself or for a client.

Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership of the original template, source code, design system, documentation, or related intellectual property.

2. Permitted Usage

You are allowed to:

• Use the template for personal projects
• Use the template for commercial projects
• Modify the template to fit your brand, business, or client requirements
• Use the template as a starting point for a website or application
• Deploy the customized project to production
• Use the template for one final client project under a standard license
• Customize layouts, styling, content, branding, integrations, and functionality

3. Restrictions

You are not allowed to:

• Resell the original template
• Redistribute the template source files
• Share the template publicly or privately with others
• Upload the template source code to public repositories
• Claim the original template design or source code as your own product
• Sell the template as part of another template marketplace, bundle, or starter kit
• Use the template to create competing template products
• Redistribute modified versions of the template as reusable products
• Share purchased download links or account access with unauthorized users
• Remove NexCraft Studio license files or attribution notices where required

4. Client Work

You may use the template to build a website or digital product for a client.

Each purchased standard license is intended for one final project unless otherwise stated.

If you want to use the same template for multiple separate client projects, deployments, or end products, additional licenses may be required.

For agency, multi-project, or extended licensing enquiries, please contact NexCraft Studio directly.

5. Ownership

NexCraft Studio retains ownership of the original template design, structure, source code, components, documentation, branding, and related digital assets.

You own the final customized project that you create using the template, including your own content, branding, images, configurations, and modifications.

Ownership of your customized implementation does not grant ownership of the original NexCraft Studio template itself.

6. Digital Product Delivery

Templates are delivered digitally through your NexCraft Studio account after successful payment verification.

Download access may require account login, email verification, and purchase verification.

NexCraft Studio reserves the right to limit, revoke, or suspend download access in cases of abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or violation of this agreement.

7. Updates

NexCraft Studio may provide template updates, bug fixes, compatibility updates, or improvements at its discretion.

Access to future updates may depend on the license type, support period, purchase terms, or platform policy at the time of purchase.

We do not guarantee lifetime updates, perpetual compatibility, or support for all future framework, browser, or third-party service versions.

8. Support

Support availability depends on the support period or support terms stated on the template details page or related purchase information.

Support generally covers template-related questions, bug clarification, and reasonable guidance related to the purchased product.

Support does not include full custom development, deployment, third-party service setup, major feature implementation, or unrelated consulting unless separately agreed.

9. Refunds

Because templates are digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for duplicate payments, technical delivery issues, or exceptional circumstances where required by applicable law.

Payments may be processed through Lemon Squeezy, which may apply its own checkout, billing, tax, receipt, refund, or compliance-related policies.

10. No Warranty

Templates are provided “as is” without guarantees that they will meet every specific business, technical, legal, accessibility, SEO, or compliance requirement.

NexCraft Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free code, or compatibility with every third-party service, hosting provider, browser, device, or future software version.

You are responsible for testing, reviewing, securing, customizing, and deploying the final implementation according to your own requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexCraft Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the template or related digital products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased template or digital product shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.

12. Third-Party Services

Some templates may integrate with or depend on third-party services such as payment gateways, analytics tools, hosting platforms, APIs, CMS platforms, databases, authentication providers, fonts, or cloud services.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, pricing, policies, security requirements, and operational limitations of those third-party services.

NexCraft Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

13. Termination

NexCraft Studio may terminate or suspend your license if you violate this agreement, including unauthorized resale, redistribution, public sharing, abuse of download access, or misuse of the template.

Upon termination, you must stop distributing the original template files and cease any unauthorized usage that violates this License Agreement.

14. Changes to This Agreement

NexCraft Studio may update this License Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.

Continued use of our templates or digital products after changes are posted means you accept the updated agreement.
